From your initial inquiry to your premiere order session, every step of your Images By Ivy experience is tailored to you! I want you to radiate confidence & be a care free authentic version of yourself - that’s why I became a licensed esthetician & makeup artist to provide you with the ultimate stress free & fun experience!
To book your session, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable $150 retainer/session fee. Once I have received this, I will email you a questionnaire to better help me prepare for your session, and to get to know you better!

Getting married is such an amazing time in your life -- It's my job to make sure your photos are just as amazing as you two are!
Our wedding collections start at $1,200, and range from four to twelve hours of coverage. However, since every wedding is so unique, I also create custom packages just for you! I would love to meet you in person to discuss your wedding plans in-depth so I can put together a package that is perfect for you!

GRADUATING SENIORS
HOW DO I BOOK?
When you’re ready to book, fill out the contact page & I will send back my remaining senior session dates along with a senior style questionnaire, session contract, and an invoice for your session retainer fee. Be sure to book your session as soon as you know you want to be an IBI Senior. Dates book up months in advance, so be sure to get your session scheduled asap!
DOES MY SESSION FEE GO TOWARDS MY ORDER SESSION?
Yes! New this year, all session are all inclusive - meaning you’ll get every single image from your session! There is a deposit of $150 due at the time of booking to hold your date on the calendar. This amount goes towards your collection total. Session/collection options range from $600-2300.
DO THE DIGITAL IMAGES COME WITH MY SESSION FEE?
Your full digital image collection are now included as part of the session + collection total!
DO YOU OFFER PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP?
Yes! I am now a licensed esthetician, & offering airbrush makeup services to add on to senior sessions!
WILL YOU GO ON LOCATION FOR MY SENIOR PHOTOS?
Yes! I love to incorporate your interests and personality into your session. Let me know if there are any locations that are unique to you that you would like to shoot at. If you don’t have any locations in mind--that’s okay too! I have tons of locations I LOVE to shoot at in the west central Minnesota area.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS?
If your collection is paid in full by the time of your session, expect to receive your full gallery approximately 2-3 weeks after your session! If you choose to pay over time, expect your gallery to be delivered 1-2 weeks following your final payment.

WEDDINGS
How far in advance do we need to book?
I have limited dates available so I advise my clients to book their wedding photographer as soon as they confirm their wedding date.
What about a videographer?
I do offer videography services! During our consultation I can give you details on my rates. I have also worked with many different videographers I’d be happy to recommend.
where do you live & how far will you travel? Destination weddings?
I live in Hewitt, Minnesota, but I’m based out of Wheaton, Minnesota (my hometown!) which is where my studio is located! I have photographed weddings all over the country and even have my passport ready to travel! I’m always up for a new adventure so if you have a destination in mind just let me know and we’ll see what we can do!
Travel is billed very simply - if airfare, hotel or car rental are required, you are responsible for reimbursement of those expenses.
will we receive a print release of our images, and do we have to order prints through you?
Yes! When you receive your images you will receive a print release as well. You are not required to order prints through us but it is highly recommended, as I cannot guarantee print quality from third party vendors.
we'd love to book you for my wedding. How do we proceed?
Yay! Let’s set up a consultation to discuss your plans, your wedding date, and your vision. Once you have signed a contract and paid your retainer/down payment, you can check “book photographer” off your to-do list!
