award winning shoot & share contest images!
Holy moly am I ever shocked & elated to be writing this blog post! Every year a photographer resource & company hosts a worldwide photography contest - with categories ranging from various wedding styled photos to graduating seniors to little ones, maternity, real estate and a little bit of everything in-between. As a whole, the contest had approximately 117,000 total images submitted. Over the years I’ve submitted varies images for fun just to see how they rank! In the past I’ve gathered a handful of images placing in the top 30%, 20%, 10% & finalist images in their respective categories, which I was personally quite proud of considering the sheer magnitude of the contest!
This year, however, blew my past accolades completely out of the water! Two of my 2022 graduating seniors placed at 10th & 14th place out of 11,067 images in the teen category! I am so unbelievably ecstatic, humbled, shocked, all the emotions! While the biggest accomplishments & joys will always simply be the happiness of my clients when they see their images, this type of honor is never expected but so greatly appreciated!
I want to thank all of my loyal clients for entrusting me to capture their precious memories over the years. The growth & accomplishments I’ve had the honor of gaining would not be possible if not for you! Also, a huge congratulations to Margo & Jaslyn for being such beautiful humans, inside and out! (& of course, ALL of my seniors)
